Ausserordentliche Finanzvorfälle (Art. 19 Abs. 3 Bst. c und 20 Abs. 3 Bst. c FHG 13)) 1 Als ausserordentlich gelten nicht budgetierte Aufwendungen und Erträge sowie Ausgaben und Einnahmen im Betrag von mindestens 1 Million Franken. 2 Dieser Betrag kann von der Finanzverwaltung periodisch an die Teuerung angepasst werden.
