Teilweise elternunabhängige Berechnung Auf die Anrechnung der zumutbaren Leistungen der Eltern kann teilweise verzichtet werden, wenn die Person in Ausbildung das 25. Altersjahr vollendet und eine erste berufsbefähigende Ausbildung abgeschlossen hat sowie vor Beginn der neuen Ausbildung zwei Jahre durch eigene Erwerbstätigkeit finanziell unabhängig war.
