Subsidiarität der Leistung Ausbildungsbeiträge werden ausgerichtet, wenn die finanzielle Leistungsfähigkeit der betroffenen Person, ihrer Eltern und anderer gesetzlich Verpflichteter oder die entsprechenden Leistungen anderer Dritter nicht ausreichen.
