Art. 44 Höhere Fachschule
1 Wer an einer höheren Fachschule die Prüfung besteht oder ein gleichwertiges Qualifikationsverfahren erfolgreich durchläuft, erhält ein Diplom der Schule. 2 Das Prüfungsverfahren und das gleichwertige Qualifikationsverfahren richten sich nach den Mindestvorschriften (Art. 29 Abs. 3).
