Art. 12 Minimalbedarf für Velos
1 Je nach Nutzung ist folgende Mindestanzahl an Veloabstellplätzen zu erstellen: Nutzung Bewohnende / Beschäftigte Besuchende / Kundschaft Wohnen 1 pro Zimmer im Wert für die Bewohnende enthalten Kundenintensive Dienstleistungen 2 / 10 Arbeitsplätze (AP) 3 / 10 AP Dienstleistungsbetriebe mit wenig Besucherverkehr 2 / 10 AP 0.5 / 10 AP Industrie, Gewerbe 2 / 10 AP 0.5 / 10 AP Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs 2 / 10 AP 2–3 / 100 m² GF Sonstige Geschäfte 2 / 10 AP 0.5–1 / 100 m² GF 2 Für weitere Nutzungen sind die Richtwerte der VSS-Norm 40 065 anzuwenden. 3 Die Veloabstellplätze sind in der Nähe des Hauseingangs und ohne Treppen zugänglich vorzusehen. Es soll die Möglichkeit bestehen, den Velorahmen anzuschliessen. Mindestens 50% der Veloabstellplätze im Aussenraum sind zu überdachen. 4 Angebrochene Zahlen der Veloabstellplätze werden am Schluss der Berechnung aufgerundet.
