1. Dieses Übereinkommen bindet nur diejenigen Mitglieder der Internationalen Arbeitsorganisation, deren Ratifikation beim Internationalen Arbeitsamt eingetragen ist. 2. Es tritt in Kraft ein Jahr, nachdem die Ratifikationen zweier Mitglieder durch den Generaldirektor eingetragen worden sind. 3.
