Übergangsbestimmung 1 Der Investitionsfonds gemäss Art. 14d des Gesetzes vom 27. April 1969 über das Kantonale Elektrizitätswerk Nidwalden9) wird aufgehoben. 2 Die beim Inkrafttreten dieses Gesetzes vorhandenen Mittel des Investitionsfonds werden den offenen Reserven im Eigenkapital des Elektrizitätswerks Nidwalden zugewiesen.
