1 Dieses Reglement regelt ergänzend zu den Vorschriften von Bund4 und Kanton5 über den Strassenverkehr sowie der kantonalen Taxiverordnung das Halten und Führen von Strassenfahrzeugen zum gewerbsmässigen Personentransport ohne feste Route und Fahrplan in der Stadt Thun. 2 Das Reglement gilt nicht für den Trampelwurm und ähnliche Fahrzeuge.
