1 Taxihalterinnen und Taxihalter müssen ihre Dienstleistungen unabhängig von der Anzahl zu befördernder Personen in folgender Tarifstruktur anbieten: a. einen Ansatz für eine Grundtaxe; b. einen Ansatz pro gefahrenem Kilometer beziehungsweise angebrochenem Kilometer; c. einen Ansatz für die Wartezeit pro Stunde. 2 Vorbehalten bleiben Pauschalentschädigungen.
