§ 1. Määruse reguleerimisala
(1) Määrusega kehtestatakse kõrgharidustaseme esimesel ja teisel õppeastmel õppe ainepunktide tasu ülemmäärad. (2) Määrust kohaldatakse kõrgkoolidele, millele on eraldatud kõrgharidustaseme õppe korraldamiseks tegevustoetust.
