§ 2. Tasu ülemmäärad kõrgharidustaseme õppes
(1) Tasu ülemmäär kõrgharidustaseme esimesel ja teisel õppeastmel, välja arvatud lõikes 2 nimetatud õppekavadel, on 100 eurot ainepunkti kohta. (2) Tasu ülemmäärad õppekavade erisustest tulenevalt on: 1) kunstide õppesuuna õppekavadel 150 eurot ainepunkti kohta; 2) integreeritud bakalaureuse- ja magistriõppe õppekavadel arstiõppes, hambaarstiõppes ja loomaarstiõppes 150 eurot ainepunkti kohta; 3) rakenduskõrgharidusõppe õhusõiduki juhi õppekaval 170 eurot ainepunkti kohta.
