Die durch das Gesetz vom 17. Dezember 1971 (BGBl. I S. 2018, 1972 I S. 2045) (im Folgenden: Errichtungsgesetz), zuletzt geändert durch Artikel 19 des Gesetzes vom 27. Dezember 2003 (BGBl. I S. 3022), errichtete Stiftung "Hilfswerk für behinderte Kinder" erhält den Namen "Conterganstiftung".
