§ 10 Aufsicht, Haushalt, Rechnungsprüfung
(1) Die Stiftung untersteht der Aufsicht des Bundesministeriums für Familie, Senioren, Frauen und Jugend. (2) Die Stiftung hat rechtzeitig vor Beginn eines jeden Geschäftsjahres einen Haushaltsplan aufzustellen. (3) Rechnungsprüfungsbehörde ist der Bundesrechnungshof.
