§ 19 Finanzielle Ausstattung
Für Maßnahmen nach diesem Abschnitt sind zu verwenden 1. die Erträge aus den Mitteln nach § 4 Absatz 1 Nummer 5; 2. die Mittel nach § 4 Absatz 1 Nummer 6 und die daraus erzielten Erträge; 3. Zuwendungen nach § 4 Abs. 2, soweit nicht die oder der Zuwendende etwas anderes bestimmt hat.
