§ 24 Übergangsvorschrift
Soweit die Conterganstiftung Leistungen zur Deckung spezifischer Bedarfe nach der bis zum 31. Dezember 2016 geltenden Fassung des Gesetzes bewilligt hat, die 1. nach dem 1. Januar 2017 ausgezahlt werden und 2. zur Deckung spezifischer Bedarfe ab dem 1. Januar 2017 bestimmt sind, werden diese auf Leistungen nach § 13 Absatz 1 Satz 1 Nummer 3 angerechnet.
