1 Diese Organisationsverordnung wird nach Art. 10 lit. f der Stadtverfassung dem obligatorischen Referendum unterstellt. Spätere Änderungen unterstehen nach Art. 25 lit. b der Stadtverfassung dem fakultativen Referendum. 2 Sie tritt nach der Genehmigung1) durch das zuständige Departement des Kantons gemäss Art. 119 lit. c Gemeindegesetz auf den 1. Januar 2019 in Kraft. Sie ist zu veröffentlichen und in die Rechtssammlung der Stadt aufzunehmen. Fussnote: 1) Verfügung des Volkswirtschaftsdepartementes vom 24.
