Zweck 1 Der Fonds bezweckt die Förderung von Massnahmen zur Attraktivierung der Luzerner Innenstadt als Marktplatz. Die Stadt wird dadurch vitalisiert, um als lebendiges Zentrum den Austausch und die Vielfalt zu erhalten und zu fördern. 2 Innenstadt als Marktplatz im Sinne dieses Reglements umfasst sowohl dessen wirtschaftliche wie auch soziale Funktionen.
