Fondsverwaltung 1 Die Fondsverwaltung entscheidet über die zweckgemässe Verwendung des Fonds und beurteilt alle Gesuche auf ihre Förderungswürdigkeit. 2 Die Fondsverwaltung besteht aus a. fünf Mitgliedern aus den Branchen Detailhandel, Gastronomie, Hotellerie und dem Bereich Quartiere; sowie b. zwei Mitgliedern aus der Verwaltung aus den Bereichen Wirtschaft (Fachstelle Wirtschaft) und Kultur (Dienstabteilung Kultur und Sport). Eines der fünf Mitglieder gemäss lit. a ist zugleich Präsident oder Präsidentin. 3 Die Fondsverwaltung wird vom Stadtrat für vier Jahre gewählt. Die Amtsdauer beginnt jeweils am 1. Januar nach der Gesamterneuerungswahl des Stadtrates. Eine Wiederwahl ist möglich. Die Amtsdauer der Branchenvertretungen ist auf acht Jahre beschränkt; die Amtsdauer des Präsidiums ist auf insgesamt zwölf Jahre beschränkt. 4 Die Fondsverwaltung konstituiert sich selbst, wählt das Präsidium und trifft ihre Entscheide mit einfachem Mehr. 2 sRSL 6.3.1.1.3
