1 Jeder Gast in der Gemeinde Thun unterliegt der Kurtaxpflicht. Gast im Sinne dieses Reglements ist jede Person, welche, ohne steuerrechtlichen Wohnsitz in der Gemeinde zu haben, in der Gemeinde übernachtet. 2 Grundeigentum in der Gemeinde Thun im Sinne von Art. 655 ZGB befreit nicht von der Kurtaxpflicht.
