Aktenzustellung 1 Für die Prüfung des Voranschlages sind der GPK die sachdienlichen Akten mindestens sechs Wochen, für die Prüfung der Jahresrechnung und des Verwaltungsberichtes mindestens acht Wochen vor der Behandlung im Gemeinderat zuzustellen. 2 Für die Rechnungsprüfung müssen sämtliche Extra- und Nachtragskredit- Beschlüsse sowie die Revisionsberichte der Fiko vorliegen.
