1 Unter dem Namen «Vögeli-Fonds» besteht eine verwaltete Stiftung im Sinne von Art. 92 der Gemeindeverordnung. 2 Nach letztwilliger Verfügung der 1983 verstorbenen Martha Vögeli bezweckt das Legat die Unterstützung unverschuldet in Not geratener Goldiwiler und Goldiwilerinnen. 3 Der Fonds bezweckt die Unterstützung von minderbemittelten, im Gebiet der Schulgemeinde Goldiwil wohnhaften Einzelpersonen und Familien, die durch wirtschaftliche oder persönliche Umstände in Not geraten sind, insbesondere wenn die öffentlichen Fürsorgeleistungen nicht beansprucht werden können oder nicht ausreichen.
