Title 35 Public Health and Safety

Write the words of this act the way you think they should read. Solon shows your change as a redline against the published text and pins it to that exact text, so it can never be applied to wording you did not see.

Your change, as a redline

35-2-712. Securities for acquiring hospitals, nursing

homes and related facilities; not a general obligation of rural health care district or trustees; payable from special fund. The securities issued pursuant to W.S. 35-2-711 through 35-2-722 shall not constitute a general obligation of the rural health care district, nor of the trustees, but shall be payable solely from a special fund to contain the net revenue to be derived from the operation of the hospitals, nursing homes and related facilities including any facilities for senior health care as defined under W.S. 35-2-1201(b), the revenues being defined as those remaining after paying the costs of operating and maintaining the facilities.

One line that says what changes, such as "Halve the dog tax".

Who it helps, what it costs, what it fixes. It is what persuades people to support it.

A proposal here is not law. Support on Solon is evidence that people want the change; the official route says what it takes to make it law.
