1I beni immobili devono essere indicati per i terreni a Registro fondiario definitivo con il numero di mappa mentre per i terreni a Registro fondiario provvisorio con il numero o l’indicazione del luogo. 2I beni mobili devono essere indicati con la descrizione dell’oggetto. 3Per i fondi gravati da jus plantandi deve essere allestito un apposito registro delle piante di proprietà privata e relativi proprietari.
