Art. 2 Ausnahmesituation im Gesundheitswesen
Als Ausnahmesituation im Gesundheitswesen (Ausnahmesituation) gelten Grossereignisse, Katastrophen, Notlagen und bewaffnete Konflikte: a. die mehrere Kantone, die ganze Schweiz oder das grenznahe Ausland betreffen; b. die eine grosse Anzahl von Patienten und Patientinnen zur Folge haben; oder c. die besonders schwerwiegende gesundheitliche Folgen verursachen.
