Zweck 1 Die Vereinbarung bezweckt die Regelung des Zugangs zu ausserkantonalen Schulen, die Leistung von Schulbeiträgen durch den Wohnsitzkanton sowie die Gleichstellung von Auszubildenden aus Vereinbarungskantonen. 2 Die Aufteilung der Schulbeiträge zwischen Wohnsitzkanton, Wohnsitzgemeinde und Dritten richtet sich nach dem Recht des Wohnsitzkantons.
