§ 6 Zuständigkeiten des Bundeskriminalamtes
(1) Das Bundeskriminalamt ist zuständig für die Ausführung der Verordnung (EU) 2024/1358 in Bezug auf die 1. Prüfung der von Eurodac übermittelten Ergebnisse gemäß Artikel 3 Absatz 6 Satz 3, Artikel 38 Absatz 4 Unterabsatz 1 und 2 und Absatz 5 Unterabsatz 1 der Verordnung (EU) 2024/1358, 2. die Protokollierung und Dokumentierung von Anträgen auf Abgleich mit Eurodac-Daten für Gefahrenabwehr- und Strafverfolgungszwecke resultierenden Datenverarbeitungsvorgängen gemäß Artikel 51 der Verordnung (EU) 2024/1358 und 3. die Erstellung des Berichts nach Artikel 57 Absatz 8 der Verordnung (EU) 2024/1358. (2) Das Bundeskriminalamt ist zuständig für Schadenersatzansprüche gegen die Bundesrepublik Deutschland nach Artikel 37 der Verordnung (EU) 603/2013.

(1) Das Bundeskriminalamt ist zuständig für die Ausführung der Verordnung (EU) 2024/1358 in Bezug auf die 1.
