Strafbestimmungen 1 Wer infolge falscher Angaben Beiträge ausbezahlt erhält, Auflagen einer Verfügung nicht einhält oder Aufforderungen nach Art. 22 Abs. 2 im Falle einer Verfügung nicht fristgerecht erfüllt, kann mit Bussen bis zu Fr. 300.00 bestraft werden. Eine Bestrafung nach Art. 292 StGB bleibt vorbehalten. 2 Der Gemeinderat verhängt die Bussen nach den entsprechenden Bestimmungen der kantonalen Gemeindegesetzgebung.
