Sonderbeiträge 1 Aus ökologischen Gründen kann die Gemeinde in begründeten Fällen auch dann Beiträge ausrichten, wenn die Voraussetzungen für Beiträge gemäss Art. 5 oder Art. 6 nicht oder nur teilweise erfüllt werden können. 2 Sonderbeiträge können einmalig oder wiederkehrend ausgerichtet werden.8 3 Auf Sonderbeiträge besteht kein Rechtsanspruch.9
