1) Kinnistusregistriosa neljandasse jakku «Hüpoteegid» kantakse: 1) hüpoteegipidaja; 2) hüpoteegi rahaline suurus (hüpoteegi summa); 3) 4) 5) märked hüpoteegi kohta; 6) käesoleva paragrahvi punktides 1–5 nimetatud kannete muudatused; 7) käesoleva paragrahvi punktides 1–6 nimetatud kannete kustutamine.
