Art. 6 III. Sicherung des Schriftguts
Verwaltung des Schriftguts 1 Die öffentlichen Organe der Stadt bewahren ihr Schriftgut bis zur Ablieferung an das Stadtarchiv auf und sorgen für eine ordnungsgemässe Aktenführung sowie eine sichere und sachgerechte Aufbewahrung. 2 Sie sind für das Schriftgut bis zur Ablieferung an das Stadtarchiv verantwortlich im Sinne des Datenschutzgesetzes vom 2. Juli 1990 5. 3 Die öffentlichen Organe der Stadt berücksichtigen bei der Beschaffung von Hilfsmitteln für die Geschäftsbearbeitung und die Verwaltung des Schriftguts, namentlich von elektronischen Datenverarbeitungssystemen und Geschäftskontrollen, die Bedürfnisse der Archivierung.
