§ 19 Entschädigungsansprüche nach § 52 AuslWBG
Auf die in § 52 AuslWBG genannten Entschädigungsansprüche für kraftlos gewordene Auslandsbonds sind §§ 8, 16, 18 sinngemäß anzuwenden; in § 18 Abs. 3 Satz 2 tritt dabei an die Stelle des 30. Dezember des auf die Verkündung dieses Gesetzes folgenden Jahres der 30. Dezember des Jahres, in dem die Kammer für Wertpapierbereinigung die Voraussetzungen für den Entschädigungsanspruch nach § 52 Abs. 2 AuslWBG rechtskräftig festgestellt hat.
