Hilfebetrag 1 Die Beträge werden gesprochen in Berücksichtigung: a) der Natur und der Bedeutung des Projekts; b) der erbrachten Selbstfinanzierung durch die betreffende Stelle und der zugesicherten Hilfe durch Dritte; c) der Anzahl der begünstigten Personen; d) der Angemessenheit des Projekts mit den in Artikel 9 aufgezählten Zielen.
