1Les subventions sont versées au plus tard au 31 décembre 2030. 2Les montants ayant fait l’objet d’une décision d’octroi mais qui n’ont pas pu être attribués dans les 3 ans suivant la décision peuvent être réattribués à d’autres projets dans le cadre du présent règlement. 3Un rapport annuel est établi par le service ou son organe de contrôle à l'intention du Conseil d’État au plus tard au 30 avril de l’année suivante.
