Art. 13 Meldepflicht für Genehmigungsinhaber nach Art. 11a und 12 EWR-AMG
Die Meldepflichten nach Art. 13 Abs. 1b EWR-AMG und nach Art. 12 dieser Verordnung finden auf Genehmigungsinhaber nach Art. 11a und 12 EWR-AMG mit der Massgabe Anwendung, dass die Meldungen zusätzlich direkt an die EMA zu richten sind.
