Art. 17 Buchführungspflicht für die Marktüberwachung
Die Einfuhr von Arzneimitteln aus dem EWR und deren Verkauf bzw. Abgabe muss nachvollziehbar dokumentiert sein. Entsprechende Unterlagen sind mindestens zehn Jahre lang aufzubewahren und auf Verlangen dem Amt für Gesundheit jederzeit zur Verfügung zu stellen.
