Terrains forestiers 1 La loi forestière [V] détermine les terrains forestiers. Les autorités cantonales et fédérales compétentes peuvent apporter des modifications au périmètre des terrains forestiers lors du remaniement, sur proposition de la commission de classification. 2 Sous réserve des articles 78 à 80 ci-dessous, les remaniements parcellaires forestiers sont régis par les mêmes règles que les remaniements agricoles.
