Art. 4 Geologische Landesaufnahme
1 Die geologische Landesaufnahme umfasst: a. das Erheben von geologischen Informationen durch eigene Aufnahmen und durch Verwertung von Aufnahmen Dritter; b. das Sichten und Ordnen von geologischen Informationen; c. die wissenschaftliche Auswertung von geologischen Informationen. 2 Die Erfassung, Nachführung und Verwaltung der Informationen erfolgt nach einheitlichen Grundsätzen.
