Artikel 45
1 Innert 3 Monaten seit der Anerkennung oder der rechtskräftigen Feststellung der Pflicht zur Rückübertragung und der Höhe der Gegenleistung hat der Rückfordernde diese zu bezahlen. 2 Die Nichtbeachtung dieser Frist hat den Verlust des Rückforderungsrechtes zur Folge.
