§ 27. Hüpoteegipidaja õigus takistada kolmanda isiku tegevust
Kui kolmanda isiku laeva halvendava tegevuse tagajärjel tekib oht laevahüpoteegiga koormatud laevale, siis on hüpoteegipidajal õigus nõuda kolmandalt isikult sellise tegevuse lõpetamist.
