§ 33. Teatamise kord
(1) Kindlustusandja ja hüpoteegipidaja vahelised teated edastatakse tähitud kirjaga või antakse üle allkirja vastu. (2) Kui hüpoteegipidaja asukoht või elukoht ei ole teada, loetakse kindlustusandjapoolne teatamiskohustus täidetuks tähitud kirja saatmisega hüpoteegipidaja poolt viimati näidatud aadressil.
