§ 22 Inkrafttreten, Außerkrafttreten
Diese Verordnung tritt am Tag nach der Verkündung in Kraft. Gleichzeitig treten die Verordnung über den Schwefelgehalt bestimmter flüssiger Kraft- oder Brennstoffe vom 24. Juni 2002 (BGBl. I S. 2243), die durch die Verordnung vom 3. Juli 2009 (BGBl. I S. 1720, 3140) geändert worden ist, die Verordnung über die Beschaffenheit und die Auszeichnung der Qualitäten von Kraftstoffen vom 27. Januar 2009 (BGBl. I S. 123) sowie die Verordnung über Chlor- und Bromverbindungen als Kraftstoffzusatz vom 17. Januar 1992 (BGBl. I S. 75), die durch Artikel 35 des Gesetzes vom 21. Dezember 2000 (BGBl. I S. 1956) geändert worden ist, außer Kraft.
