§ 17. Vabanenud vahendite kasutamine
(1) Projekti eelarve muutmise või projekti teostamisest loobumise tõttu vabanenud rahasummad lisatakse järgmises taotlusvoorus jagatavate toetuste summale. (2) Pärast viimast taotlusvooru vabanenud vahendid jagatakse vajadusel ümber kallinenud projektidele.
