Organisation 1. Gründungskommission 1 Die Gründungsversammlung wählt eine Gründungskommission von drei bis sieben Mitgliedern, welche die Aufgabe hat, die Statuten der Flurgenossenschaft zu entwerfen sowie das Vorprojekt und die Kostenschätzung des projektierten Unternehmens erstellen zu lassen. 2 Die Gründungskommission übernimmt die Aufgaben des Vorstandes der Flurgenossenschaft, bis dieser gewählt wird. 3 Die Gründungskommission wird aufgelöst, wenn: 1. der Vorstand gewählt ist; oder 2. die Flurgenossenschaft nicht zustande kommt.
