2. Vorstand 1 Der Vorstand ist durch die Versammlung der stimmberechtigten Grundeigentümerinnen und -eigentümer beziehungsweise Mitglieder zu wählen. 2 Er hat gemäss Art. 24 EG ZGB4) die Angelegenheiten der Flurgenossenschaft zu besorgen sowie diese zu vertreten und übernimmt die Aufgaben der Gründungskommission.
