Bewilligungspflicht 1 Wer von Taxistandplätzen auf öffentlichem Grund der Stadt Luzern aus Taxifahrten anbieten und ausführen will, benötigt eine vom Stadtrat oder von einer von ihm bezeichneten Stelle ausgestellte Taxibetriebsbewilligung. 2 Taxis mit einer solchen Betriebsbewilligung dürfen nur von Personen mit einer Taxichauffeurbewilligung geführt werden.
