Art. 8 III. Taxichauffeurbewilligung
Voraussetzung 1 Wer als Taxichauffeurin oder als Taxichauffeur von Taxistandplätzen auf öffentlichem Grund aus tätig sein will, benötigt eine Taxichauffeurbewilligung. 2 Diese erhält, wer einen eidgenössischen Führerausweis für berufsmässigen Personentransport besitzt sowie die städtische Taxichauffeurprüfung bestanden hat. 3 Der Stadtrat oder eine von ihm bezeichnete Stelle erlässt die nötigen Vorschriften über die Taxichauffeurprüfung.
