Art. 28 Berechnung
1) Ist in diesem Gesetz nichts anderes bestimmt, findet auf die Berechnung der Fristen für die Vergabe öffentlicher Aufträge unterhalb der Schwellenwerte das Landesverwaltungspflegegesetz Anwendung. 2) Auf die Berechnung der Fristen für die Vergabe öffentlicher Aufträge oberhalb der Schwellenwerte findet das Staatsvertragsrecht, insbesondere die Verordnung (EWG/Euratom) Nr. 1182/71, Anwendung.
