Art. 33a Zusätzliche Dienstleistungen und Arbeiten juristischer Personen
Bei öffentlichen Aufträgen, die zusätzliche Dienstleistungen und/oder Arbeiten wie das Verlegen und die Installation umfassen, können juristische Personen verpflichtet werden, in ihrer Bewerbung oder Offerte die Namen und die berufliche Qualifikation jener natürlichen Personen anzugeben, die für die Erbringung der betreffenden Leistung verantwortlich sein sollen.
