Art. 47a Vertragsabschluss
Der Zuschlag selbst bildet noch nicht den Vertragsabschluss. Der Vertrag darf erst nach dem Zuschlag und nach Ablauf der Stillhaltefrist nach Art. 47b Abs. 1 sowie der Fristen nach Art. 60a Bst. a Ziff. 3 und Bst. b Ziff. 3 abgeschlossen werden, es sei denn, eine Vergabeverfügung nach Art. 47 wird beantragt.
