§ 79. Konfidentsiaalse teabega seotud vaidluse lahendamine kohtus
Käesoleva seaduse § 78 lõikes 2 nimetatud töötajate esindajal on õigus pöörduda edastatud teabe konfidentsiaalsusest ja teabe andmisest keeldumisest tuleneva vaidluse lahendamiseks kohtusse.
